Getting Started
This guide walks you from first login to your first security insights in Kscope.

Configure alerts so insights reach the right people:

- Click Crawl to start the first data scan
Each Blueprint page documents the required credentials, permissions, and configuration options. See the Blueprint catalog for all available integrations.
6. Integrate Ticketing (Optional)
Route insights directly to your ticketing system:
- Go to Agent Hub > Settings > Ticketing
- Enter your JIRA connection details
- Insights can now be pushed to JIRA tickets with one click
7. Review Application Settings
Each application includes configurable settings:
- SLA thresholds -- Define response time expectations
- Severity filters -- Control which severity levels generate alerts
- Data retention policies -- Set how long data is stored
Smart defaults are pre-configured, but review is recommended for your environment.
